I was so happy to finally find my ideal wedding band that didn't have a gap with my engagement ring (flush fit), and here it was. Not only do they have a wide selection from delicate to traditional to trendy, but they really know their stuff. They are very friendly, and unlike some jewelers, there is no pressure here. The customer service is truly fantastic. I read that in the reviews, then truly saw it when I had my own experience and it's just top notch. Sure, there are a ton of jewelers that sell engagement rings and wedding bands, but in addition to the fast communication, I love how they focus on sustainability, carbon footprint, and supportive of the LGBTQ community (I learned all this after I purchased my ring, which made me even happier that I chose them). After the purchase: I did need to make a couple adjustments (For the record, they made the Holden ring perfectly as ordered. The adjustments were due to my special situation. Turns out I'm actually a size 5 and 1/8th.) I am planning to stack my rings and since they will accommodate my special size (giving enough time for the custom order), I will definitely purchase my future rings here. Thank you guys for making this such an easy process!

Thanks so much to Henry for our two consultations together, making this process extremely easy and flexible under a short timeline. We were ecstatic to hear that the wedding band (2.75mm half row baguette) was completed prior to the original estimated completion date (5 days early!). Huge thanks for the staff's thoughtfulness in crafting the ring perfectly with our special engraving, and even offering a flexible pick up option for us closer to our home. We ended up actually scheduling a city hall ceremony in NYC earlier than expected as well, and the timing worked out perfect to have the ring in time! (The box is compact and convenient too)

She taught me about the ins and outs of diamond lingo without talking down to me. I’m so excited to propose to my partner and hopefully we’ll be back at Holden for our wedding bands!!

I got the 4mm half column diamond baguette band and my husband got a 4.5 mm gold band. Cannot wait to get more pieces from them! Both rings are so comfortable to wear. We bought online and they had the best customer service - we needed them overnighted as our wedding was out of state and we wanted to be extra cautious on timing. Shipped quickly and easily!
