Aug 20, 2024 · KimminjixWent to the Soho location yesterday and did not receive the customer service I would expect from a store like this. I was downstairs waiting for an associate to come down for help with customization and no one would ever come down. Johanna eventually did but seemed to busy to help. It's fine if she's busy but she could have called someone to take over. She was slightly passive agressive and did not give me the experience I hoped for when buying my first Kendra Scott.

I contacted customer service and detailed my experience. Then, my email was left with no response. This is so beyond unprofessional.

We came in the morning they did an amazing job helping my daughter pick out new jewelry. They were so helpful and friendly and my daughter walked out of the store on cloud 9. Unfortunately my daughters shopping bag was stolen later in the afternoon and she was distraught. We came back to the store, and were offered amazing help in replacing her purchase. We are so very thankful for their help saving the day. We will be forever fans of Kendra Scott.

The store did not disappoint - 2 beautiful floors of Kendra jewelry and a pretty extensive Kendra Scott Home collection. When I was there they had bubbly at the bar and a violinist planning *swoon*. Pro tip: You get 50% off a piece during your birthday month (just have to show ID)
