I was disappointed by this brand. I ordered three bracelets knowing they were gold plated, however they were not cheap. I’ve had good experience with vermeil over the years, but these bracelets arrived looking a very fake yellowy shade, almost like brass. I sent one back because it really looked bad, but kept two. One I kept because I liked the size and fastener, but unfortunately that broke within two months of me wearing it and it fell off and I lost it. I won’t buy from here again.

Ordered something online that was much too large on me and was delivered with a stone missing. Went to the store to get this replaced and unfortunately found that they did not have a size small enough to fit my wrist nor were they able to adjust the size. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process, regardless if the end result was me walking out empty handed.

I was excited to shop for rings to go with the Monica Vinader ring I already have and with a sale - even better. I was in the store and stood by the ring case where a sales associate was finishing up with a customer. The sales associate never acknowledged but I figured she was putting things away from the previous customer. Then a couple came in and stood by the case they wanted to see. The associate turns to face us and asks if either of us had questions and I was a bit shocked because surely she saw me standing in the SAME spot for more than 5 mins. As I went to speak the other customer spoke up and they were helped. As the sales associate was working with them she asked if “we” had questions (I assume it’s me as I was alone) and said I did. I stood there for more time than needed and no one else asked to help or anything. You just stand there like an idiot waiting. I walked to look at something else and thought - why would I want to spend any money at a place that is so small that 3 sales associates should be able to notice who the next customer is. Horrible customer service well maybe not if you actually get any.

My friend ordered a gift from MV for me. The box was delivered with the side flap open and empty of contents. He reached out to MV customer care and complained. MV requested a picture of the box that clearly showed it was open and MV customer care had the gall to say they saw nothing wrong with the box and would not proceed further with investigation of this matter. MV are a bunch of thieving scammers. DO NOT SPEND your hard earned money in their stores or on their site. THIEVES!!!!

Love my MV pieces and they’ve also made beautiful gifts. FedEx lost a recent order while it was still in transit, and MV customer service immediately addressed the problem and sent out a replacement.
