My Boyfriend and I made an appt with East West for an in person showing and everyone there made us extremely comfortable from the start. Emily helped us through this whole process and she was so chill and friendly. She told me to try on whatever I wanted and we’d go from there. At first this can be extremely intimidating, but once you start to try the rings on she immediately starts taking notes. We even played around with putty and put different style diamonds on this band I loved. At some point she handed my bf and I the putty and we started having our little own arts and crafts project to create my dream engagement ring. Emily was extremely knowledgeable and helped my boyfriend and I understand everything. I’d definitely recommend to go to East West, it was an exciting, giggly and emotional experience. Not only do they make beautifully designed pieces but they are transparent with pricing and have excellent customer service. I think that is what sets them apart, is being able to explore their page to get an idea of cost, what designs you love and getting a response within 24 hours. I scheduled my virtual consultation with Emily and she was able to perfectly select the pieces that were exactly what I was looking for. I started off by explaining my vision for my dream wedding ring stack and she was able to make that vision come to life. She answered all of our questions and provided a wonderful personalized consultation. Then quickly followed up with an email of everything we discussed.
