Like other LVMH brands, Tiffany no longer cares about customer satisfaction but only cares about marketing. I own many tiffany items and now they just make me look like a stupid who falls for their marketing strategy. Will sell them all off Ebay because they are disgusting. Today I went into the store for repair/polishing, and they said that I had to book an appointment beforehand when in the store there were 5 sales reps idly just standing around with no customer. No one willing to help. They just kept repeating that I had to "book an appointment in advance". So I went to their website to book an appointment, and the whole NYC is FULLY BOOKED for repair services for like the whole upcoming 12 months. Obviously they are intentionally making customer service uncomfortable because they think it doesn't make that much money. But guess what, Tiffany, this is exactly how you lose customers. All sales reps super condescending, won't ever return to Tiffany again. Moving onto another brand.

I was invited to a Lunar New Year event at Tiffany & Co. by Brianna, who helped set up an appointment for me. However, when I arrived at the Hudson Yards location, it was a complete waste of time. Brianna wasn’t even working that day, and the staff had no idea about the event. The store wasn’t decorated for Lunar New Year, and there was no sign that anything special was happening. It turns out she had invited several other people, wasting all of our time. I don’t even live near Hudson Yards, so this was especially frustrating. To make matters worse, no one apologized for the inconvenience. Instead, I was told, “If you buy something, we’ll give you champagne and a paper lantern.” Offering champagne during a purchase is standard at designer stores, so this felt like a lazy excuse rather than genuine customer care. This is not how you make sales or build trust with customers. The entire experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I will never shop at this location or work with this sales associate again.

It seems from the reviews that many people has had similar experiences at this specific tiffany store. Me and my family are long time customers of tiffany and normally visit the main store on fifth avenue. I stopped by recently to return a small item I had purchased for a relative and was rudely ignored by the staff member. I have never experience this disgusting level of customer service and was appalled that there were 5 reps just standing around unwilling to service me. I initially walked in, talked to a rep, and said I was here for a refund and was told to take a seat. Crickets after this, the rep then went to bumble around the store and it wasn’t until I personally walked up to another rep that I was very reluctantly helped with my return. I felt like I was inconveniencing them throughout this entire process. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I will not be purchasing from this brand after this appalling experience.

The most ridiculous Tiffany location in NYC. Much, much better experience at the landmark and soho. The old female manager with dark skin&hair has the worst attitude I've encountered in stores. She stared at me with a super spiteful look as if I did something wrong, when I asked a question, and didn't even slow down her steps. Only managers can process returns, and there's only one manager in this store when I was there. Waited for way too long. Whoever ran the operation doesn't seem to understand the concept at all. The whole time the manager was doing regular things that a normal staff can do, when there were other regular staff standing there doing nothing.

Visited the place with a friend who wanted to buy an engagement ring 💍 for fiancé. It was a surprise and ultimately she liked it. The staff were welcoming and made us feel comfortable
