They have high end fashion jewelry for all ages. I really like the Mediterranean Sea inspired colored items. I purchased a beautiful crystal watch. All the items there are beautifully hand crafted locally and well made. I highly recommend this place.

Aug 14, 2018 · Mabel TanI have purchased two items from Sara Designs that loooked lovely and a minimum amount of 50.00 and up. Everything is 49 and over. The first time I was walking down the street to meet family for mother’s day and decided to wear the pearl/green design earrings. One of the earrings popped off in the middle of the street. I took it back later and they repaired it. No problem. Recently I purchased a long pearl necklace and for the second time I am traveling and a pearl fell off. How many times must I purchase before I can wear this jewelry more than once. It looks good but I’m disappointed that it doesn’t last past one wearing. Any advice? I’m going to go back for a second repair of this item. This is time consuming and costly.

I got myself a premium watch and lots of necklaces. I get so many compliments on the street. Every single design is just otherworldly.

And it didn't fit as the clasp was faulty so I contacted them via email to see if I can get it fixed. I didn't receive any response from them for five days (I called as well) and wrote to them again and they did respond apologizing for the delay due to the holidays. Fair enough. I had requested a clip clasp as the bracelet kept falling off my wrist and a bit more wrap and I mailed them the bracelet back. Then we went back and forth on me paying $14 for shipping. Anyway, they finally shipped it back for $6.70 (it's a slim, tiny bracelet) but the item itself was not fixed. It still slips off and they didn't bother to add a simple clip clasp that I had requested in my very first email. I have never received such difficult and pointlessly unhelpful service ever. Not even sure I understand why they would do this and completely ruin a gift item that I had received from a friend. The bracelet is going into the garbage as it cannot be worn and I spent all this energy trying to work with people who clearly do not stand behind their products or cares about their customer's experiences.
