Came in to purchase a gift and was immediately greeted by Courtney’s welcoming smile, the help, explanation of pieces, and guidance to make sure I left a satisfied customer was greatly appreciated. Courtney made sure the process was an enjoyable one and I was in and out of the store with the purchase in hand within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this store!

Love shopping here when in the area. Very nice sales staff. The jewelry is sublime and stays in perfect condition years after purchase. The jewelry makes great gifts as well, especially the pens for a boss or co worker. A real treat to shop here, highly recommend.

I had a remarkable experience with Sade. I was wandering the mall to kill time when I walked into Swarovski. I didn't intend to buy anything but her professionalism completely changed my mind. She greeted me with a smile and offered a tour. Now I'm a woman who asks questions, Sade's extensive knowledge thoroughly impressed me. I asked if she was a store manager and was surprised when she told me she was not. Let me tell you, after working with Sade, I walked away with three new pieces that I love. I can't wait to wear them!

Delilah the salesgirl was charming, the female manager was absolutely and incredibly awesome. My first time there to do an exchange on a beautiful bracelet that my beloved daughter purchased for me. A very warm, welcoming and enchanting atmosphere.

I visited this location on Sep 16th at around 6 pm. I had been given a piece as a gift and wanted to exchange it for a different one because it did not fit me. I came in with the receipt and piece that day. I explained the situation to the girl at the front desk and she said she could not do the exchange because the piece was bought from someone that worked at the store and that person needed to be there or the value would be less. I did not understand how that was impossible given that this was a gift and the receipt even said that I could do this. The manager even came to explain how it was impossible and it was something they did not have the power to do. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here. Why ? because I checked out a different store and asked to do the same thing and I got no pushback. May I add that the customer service was horrible at this location, I had to wait almost an hour for someone to assist me even though there were 3 girls working that day and 2 customers ( including me). This store just has some lazy people working and only willing to do the minimum of the work. Please visit a different Swarovski location, the employees are far more helpful.
