I just felt compelled to write this because of the amazing experience my friend and I had at this location on 8th avenue underground shop on Friday 1/17. Agnes was absolutely the epitome of an outstanding customer service employee. She stayed an hour (I think) after the shop closes to make sure my friends bracelet was perfect and how she wanted and never one did she tell us it was closing time, rush us, but instead she was so friendly she answered our million questions with a smile on her face. It's rare I have an experience like that and I thought she needed to be recognized, l because she was absolutely outstanding that day and hopefully she can get the recognition she deserve from the company. She's truly a gem! This location is in the underground market (pics added)

The women working at the booth were delightful and patient even though it was super crowded. They answered any questions we had and were able to assemble my necklace super fast!
