I recently bought a pair of the Chavez hoops from jf’s new collection. I wore them once and accidentally dropped them.. like I have many pairs of her earrings. However, this time the post completely broke off. I sent them back and customer service told me there is nothing they can do about them which means $225 up in flames because it wasn’t “a manufacturing issue”. The quality of her products have clearly gone down over the years and I will no longer be supporting the brand after customer service brushed my issue aside like it doesn’t matter. I’ll be buying SHASHI and Jenny Bird jewelry. Better quality for a lot less money.

I bought them in October, it’s only been 6 months and the plating started coming off. Mind you, I can count on two hands the amount of times I’ve worn them because I wanted to take extra care of them. I have never worn them in the shower, they have never touched water. And when they are off my ears, into the pouch it goes tucked safely in a jewelry drawer. still … I’m just like really disappointed
