This is the first time I worked with Steven, and I am very impressed by the work quality and his outstanding customer service. I learned about Steven's work from Pricescope forum, and I love his three-stone rings. I mailed my center stone to him, and Steven sourced the side pear stones for me. My ring was completed within 2.5 weeks after I made the payment. The whole process is very smooth and flawless, and all my questions got replied promptly (I don't live in NYC, so all the communications were done via emails). I have worked with several jewelers but Steven is the only one whose insurance covers the loss/theft and bench accidents of stones provided by customers. This is a big plus in my opinion. I would highly recommend Steven to my friends, and definitely will work with him again for my future projects.

Besides being an incredible artist, Steven provides extraordinary service. I've actually had two rings made by him and both were spectacular. The first unfortunately was several years ago for an engagement that was eventually called off before the wedding. When it came time for a second ring he arranged for me to trade in the original diamond for a new stone and even provided a beautiful new custom setting free of charge. Steven, I can't thank you enough!

I had my engagement ring and band custom made by Steven. He was absolutely professional and pleasant to work with. I live in SF, and was worried about the logistics of working with someone remotely. However, after seeing the quality of craft of his rings in NYC while on a work trip, I was convinced he was the right one to make my rings! When it came down to the design, I was very specific about the proportions of my prongs to diamond and was able to communicate effortlessly with Steven over the phone and email. He made himself readily available to answer any questions. When I first received my engagement ring, I was thrilled at how beautiful the ring turned out. However, after wearing the ring for a few weeks it started to feel very rough against my skin (pave). I mentioned it to Steven and he was able to smooth the edges so that the ring was comfortable. He made the process easy! I never had to ask too loudly or ask twice, because he is an honest professional who seems to want to make his clients happy. I had looked at probably two dozen different custom jewelers before deciding on Steven. I am extremely happy with my decision and will be going back for other custom work in the future.

I have dealt with many jewelers over the years and I have to say Steven is great to work with. I am extremely picky, but Steven is patient and understands what the client wants. His work is so amazingly beautiful; it is delicate, yet sturdy. I will definitely be going back for more goodies to be made in the future. I can't wait to work with Steven again!

Everything you read is true. Steven Kirsch is a world-class artisan and lovely person. He just completed a stunning 20th anniversary engagement ring for me. I struggled to decide what I wanted and kindly he emailed back and forth for almost a year before we finally met and planned the ring. He was happy to do what ever I asked, but also able to give expert advice when I wanted his input. I give 5 stars for the ring and for the artist!
