I heard about Brilliant Earth a while back. I know they were on Shark Tank. I decided to design an engagement ring and make an appointment. Mya at the 5th Ave location was super helpful and so was Kyanna at the Brooklyn location. They both helped me figure out what band I wanted AND the shape of the stone I wanted. It was perfect! Thank you both so much!

Make sure you have a guaranteed shipping date I had 7 revised shipping dates engagement party with guest traveling but no ring this went on for almost 2 months from the original date of order finally cancelled the transaction was financed by affirm the risk of loss grew with each revised shipping date as the money was already advanced by affirm to GB. If they went under I’m still on the hook for the loan. Love their product it’s the process. Would I purchase from them again 100% but only with guaranteed shipping date. I’m not sure that the customer service was good or I was just relieved that some one called back GB posts business hours of 9am to 6pm. Which I assume is EST but many times when I called during those hours I received voicemail. Again love the image of the products just could do get from the company the exact delivery date and 7 changes is a bit over the top

I got a diamond necklace from Brilliant Carbon for my wife just last month for her birthday. It is beautiful and my wife loves it. I was very hesitant at first whether to proceed with the purchase because there was no Google review for this company at the time. But the customer care was prompt in getting back to my multiple email inquiries, usually within 3 to 4 hours during the business hours, and the necklace I got was simply gorgeous for the price I paid. I am writing this review so people know that this company can be trusted. I got the exact necklace frame and the diamond that was on the pictures of the product on their website. No deviations. I asked for the IGA number (IGA reports will be provided for over certain carat weights according to their website information) for the diamond, which they gave to me, and the certificate I received with the diamond shipping matched the number I received beforehand. I took it to a local jeweler friend and she was very impressed I got such a beautiful diamond necklace for the price. BTW, the necklace arrived in a very nice box with Brilliant Carbon logos. So here’s my endorsement for Brilliant Carbon.

This ring is absolutely gorgeous. It is way more than we expected. We are so in love with the quality and the look of the 2.10 oval diamond and band. This picture doesn't do it justice.

I’ve tried calling Brilliant Carbon MANY times to ask a question before I make a purchase. The phone rings abs then I am hung up on. Not cool! I really loved the necklace I had in my cart.
