Store was completely empty and associate was very unhelpful. I simply asked to exchange a ring that had 2 missing cubics inside. The associate immediately saw I had purchased Pandora Care and tried to defer me to file a claim over the phone instead of exchanging in-store. Then when I asked to have it exchanged in-store, she mentioned she would ask the manager and when she returned from the back office she said they were out of stock and to come back in 2 weeks to check again. (No help checking other inventory of nearby stores) I suggested an exchange for a different size to resolve the issue and the associate said her manager would only allow the same size to be exchanged. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend visiting. Such a bad experience but it’s in line with other reviews I’m seeing. Update: Called the number and have to drop it off to UPS and will receive a new ring in 7-10 business days. This is just standard policy, not sure what the additional warranty I purchased does. Sounds off still.

She was incredibly helpful when I purchased my earrings and necklace, providing great advice and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. When I later returned because my earring wouldn’t close, Leilani showed me what needed to be done without requiring a replacement. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise truly stood out. Leilani is a fantastic employee, and I’ll definitely be going to her for all my future Pandora purchases. Thank you, Leilani, for your outstanding service!
Dec 19, 2024 · Fatima SI’ve lived in Manhattan for all my life and this was my first time visiting the soho location, i will say that i wont be going there again. My experience was not good, i wanted to make a purchase and i just decided not to due to no one assisted me. From the walk in no one greeted me, I had to walk up to the employees to ask for help(they were literally standing there talking to a friend). And after the gentleman helped me he quickly left my side before I could even ask him for help on a charm.

I checked in 2 difs stores and they told me id find here 3 pieces of the charm i was looking for, but they said they didnt have (or refused to sell me, because they kept telling me they’d updated the inventory yesterday).
