Was looking for a men's bracelet to wear all the time. Great selection of beautiful objects that seem very well made. It took two trips, which was fun because Arvin and Steph were so patient and helpful. Seeing the ones that attracted me, they showed me other options as well. I initially selected one that after wearing for a short period I decided was not a first choice. No problem at all with exchanging. It was a great shopping experience, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely appalling experience. I walked into what I assumed was a reputable, luxury jewelry store, expecting a level of service commensurate with the prices. Instead, I was met with the kind of treatment you'd expect from a Canal Street knock-off vendor. I was there to purchase two rings, a significant investment. However, the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. To add insult to injury, a man, presumably an employee, was casually kneeling on the counter, completely engrossed in his phone, paying absolutely no attention to customers. It was utterly unprofessional and frankly, disrespectful. The entire atmosphere was unpleasant and unwelcoming. For a brand that positions itself as high-end, this level of customer service is utterly unacceptable. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and will strongly advise others to do the same. Do better.

Purchased a John Hardy Icon Bracelet for my girlfriend over the phone and had the privilege of working with Stephanie Pate, Sales Associate. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful in every respect, understanding the type of bracelet I desired and helping me choose the style and correct size. Additionally...she was proactive in communication, keeping in contact throughout the process, inclusive of shipping. In a nutshell, the transaction was seamless due to Stephanie. Oh...and the bracelet itself, a beautiful piece of jewelry!

I have purchased several items from John Hardy. I was very happy with the bracelets. But the ring was a different story. I really do like the ring. The problem is that the ring does not come in half sizes. So when I bought the ring, they told me they can add these little dot things to the inside of the ring to make it fit better. So it had to be sent out for the work twice which took around two months or so. I did not mind the wait time, but the ring does not feel comfortable with those little dots hitting the finger especially if you are driving. This was a ring that I wanted to wear all the time. But now I just wear it for special occasions. So it is disappointing. Also the ring does feel loose. I was told that if I add more dots and the ring becomes too small, then there is nothing they can do about it. So my warning to anyone buying a ring, don't buy it if they have to use dots to make the ring fit. It is best if the ring comes in half sizes. Follow up to earlier post. A representative of John Hardy reached out to me after seeing my earlier post where I was not happy with my ring. The representative offered different solutions to the problem. As it turns out, I fit in a smaller size ring so they gladly swapped the two rings. If you do go for a ring where it does not come in half sizes, please ask for other options rather than getting little dots. They may be able to customize the ring for you to fit well. I had previously given three stars to John Hardy. But I changed it to five stars after they reached out and worked with me.

Friend bought me a bracelet that was over 2,000 and it was only 9 months old and because I can’t find a receipt the claps broke and they want to charge another 100$ plus the cost to ship because I live out of state will never purchase from this company again Kendra Scott that I but for my kids stands behind there product better then this company!!!!!!!!They should be ashamed of themselves!!!’
