I went today to get the custom engraving on a tag for my boyfriend. It literally took a hour for that simple thing also had to wait in the line outside. They didn’t have silver which i wanted to I just went for gold even though it’s way more expensive. Then tell me why when i see the final result it had a big scratch on it.. I was so upset i spent so much time here already and so I asked for a discount it was almost $80. Shanice the manager was super rude not welcoming or nice at all. She said I can’t get a discount even though they’re selling me a damaged item I spent an hour engraving because the machine wasn’t working properly. She basically was like take this or leave lol. Horrible service from her she was talking on the phone the whole time im pretty sure that’s not allowed but okay! But also wanna leave a positive review for Maria because she was very kind and patient with me! And she was super helpful. I’m taking out a star because your reply was useless !

Despite the store appearing empty, I was rudely turned away at the door because I hadn't lined up first - though there was no visible signage indicating this requirement. The staff member's attitude was unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. While I understand retail workers deal with repetitive situations, there's no excuse for treating potential customers with such disrespect, especially before they've even entered the store. Better signage and basic customer service training would go a long way here. Would not recommend. Honestly if this is your introduction, I don’t want what your selling and looking at these other reviews, I’m now even more glad I was turned away.

He was incredibly sweet, polite, and attentive—reassuring me that someone would assist me shortly, then stepping in to help himself. He helped me find my ring size, told me about a special promotion, guided me through trying on jewelry, and answered all my questions with ease. On top of that, he was personable and easy to talk to. I’d recommend Na’im a thousand times over.

I Bought a bracelet here when I first came in this lady at the door is very rude I think she was the manager because the lady who helped me her name is Beste and Sara was asking her questions and not knowledgeable and they talk about their customers badly right in front and its very unprofessional. If you want to go to Pandora. I'd rather go to another one other than this one because they are very rude here and not welcoming. I think they need better trained staff who are actually happy at their job and willing to help others professionally. Will never return to this place.

It’s people like Naim behind the counter, who make you want to go out of your way to shop at a store again. I hope management appreciates the gem that he is.
