Absolutely no pressure, answered any and all questions, educated me on all aspects of buying a GIA certified diamond, and had a vast display of diamonds to show. I was so impressed that after I purchased my fiance's engagement ring I went back to him for a watch!

The issue developed when I brought my jewelry to be appraised for insurance purposes. I discovered my studs were treated diamonds (drilled into with silicone) and worth only $1600 (not $5500). I also discovered my ruby ring was worth half of the amount of money that it cost to purchase and that the ruby was not what Mark claimed it to be. I have reached out to Mark numerous times and he refuses to respond. I suggest that anyone who purchased any jewelry from him to get an immediate appraisal by a certified gemologist. Based upon what I spent and the true value of the jewelry, I lost over $5,000 worth of money by doing business with Mark Awad Diamonds.

I had to come back with in 2 weeks super embarrassed because it did not work. I respectfully asked for a return or exchange, it was denied. I was offered a to fix it with a new battery. Because new watches dont come with a new battery. Again i gave it to my father. My dad stored it and when he wored it on a special occasion a few months later, the back of the watch came of it. Again super embarrassed by something it was supposed to be very expensive and thoughtful gift.I completely lost confidence in the watch and business. I brought it back a 2nd time an hour ride away plus tolls, asking for an exchange or return. Again it was rudely denied. Instead i was Offered a take it or leave it. (fix a brand new watch). Poor customer service.
