I bought a watch battery at this jeweler and by the time I got home the watch had stopped working. I went back to the jeweler the next day. He told me the battery was fine; it was the watch that must need a repair. I asked to return the battery and the jeweler refused to reimburse me. I don't live in NYC so I could not leave the watch to be repaired. But in all honesty, I don't even trust his judgement as he should have made that assessment before he sold me a battery. Do not recommend using this jeweler. If I could, I would give him ZERO stars.

Feb 24, 2024 · Luna BarI have been coming to this jewelry store for repairs for 20 years. Unfortunately, they misplaced one of my necklaces they were repairing and weren’t able to relocate it. Regrettably I won’t be able to return to this store with confidence.

I purchased a vintage Bulova automatic as a token of my visit. Eric did a great job buffing the crystal. It will be a great momento. I look forward to visiting again.

The prices are SO much better than anything in a department or other jewelry store, and Eric is super helpful! Also, if you have something specific in mind, he’ll try to find it if it’s not in the store—and he’s usually successful! It’s an amazing neighborhood “find”—-highly recommended!
