Ron and Lois were extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the diamond selection, from the cut to the clarity, and assisted me in selecting the perfect diamond, while making the whole experience painless and enjoyable. The added benefit was the custom band that they created to support the diamond, which was everything that my fiancé wanted and more. I considered rings in both Tiffany's and Cartier, but I knew that I would pay a premium for a conflict free, good quality diamond. Then, I stumbled on #1 Diamond Source because of their BBB rating which is very good. I was very nervous about purchasing a diamond in the diamond district but Ron and Lois were knowledgeable, trustworthy and personable.
