Joseph is wonderful. They treated us like family, with respect and honesty. Everyone knew their stuff and truly wanted us to get the most out of what we were selling.  They were upfront when pricing out my jewelry and I felt no pressure. We had another offer from somewhere else, but Dumbo Estate Jewelry was offering so much more.  I highly recommended them.

I decided it was time to sell my old designer jewelry I've been holding onto in my safe. They gave me an incredible price for the pieces that I decided to sell. The jeweler also told me that certain pieces, being scrap gold, might get a better price at some other local buyers. He even provided me with the weight and carats of those items to help with the sale. These are honest people. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I went in here with no idea what I was doing. I had a bunch of jewelry from my mother’s collection that I will never wear. I thought I would get between $10,000 and $20,000, but left with substantially more! What I really liked most about the staff was their willingness to answer all my questions about the inspection and purchasing procedures. They could have easily ripped me off and let me leave with what I was expecting. They deserve every 5 star review they have received.

Daniel is an exceptional person who took his time with me and really examined my jewelry. This isn't some shady pawn shop that gets their loupe out, looks at your jewelry for a few seconds, and offers way less than what is fair. They spent hours with my massive collection. They even had me come back later so they can call retailers to get a better handle on what they can offer. I was offered a huge cash amount for half the pieces, and they cleaned the other half of my pieces for free and told me to keep them! From this day on, this is the place I will go to sell jewelry.

They gave me a very fast appraisal for a diamond ring that was handed down to me from my Grandmother. It was 5 carats so I needed an expert. Joseph explained everything to me and walked me through the whole process. I was impressed but left to get other offers. After a few weeks of fact finding and getting offers, we went back to sell the ring at Dumbo. These guys are top notch, honest, and actually care about the client leaving happy.
