Absolutely terrible customer service. They sent me a bracelet with a faded letter that made it look like it was a $10 bracelet. I shipped the item back more than 2 weeks ago, was told they’d expedite a new one back and still no bracelet and terrible responses from customer service. Shop elsewhere.
