I have the monthly wreaths and I love them. I recently started the garden flags of the month and they are beautiful. My December flag is unraveling at the bottom so I hope to have it replaced. If any more of the flags do this, I will gracefully bow out because I pay $38.89 for 2 of these flags.

Willabee & Ward Introduce

For residents across Connecticut seeking unique home decor and collectible items to enhance their living spaces, Willabee & Ward in Norwalk offers a distinctive array of products. While the traditional perception of a "jewelry store" often brings to mind precious metals and gemstones, businesses like Willabee & Ward exemplify a broader category of specialty retailers that focus on decorative items and collectibles, which can also be considered "jewels" for the home or garden. Their offerings primarily center around thematic home accents, designed to bring charm and seasonal flair to any Connecticut household.

Willabee & Ward stands out by providing items that often cater to a subscription model or collectible series, allowing customers to regularly receive new and exciting pieces. This approach appeals to those who enjoy curating their home environment with unique, often seasonal, decorations. For local users in Connecticut, discovering such a specialized provider means access to items that might not be found in typical retail outlets, offering a chance to personalize their homes with distinctive touches. Their commitment to offering a continuous stream of new designs, such as monthly wreaths and garden flags, positions them as a consistent source of home enrichment for the Connecticut community.

Willabee & Ward is located at 47 Richards Ave, Norwalk, CT 06854, USA. This address places the company within Norwalk, a significant city in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Richards Avenue is part of a commercial or industrial area of Norwalk, which often houses business operations, warehouses, or offices rather than direct retail storefronts designed for walk-in traffic.

For local users throughout Connecticut, understanding the nature of this location is key to accessibility. Given its likely business operations rather than a retail showroom, direct in-person shopping may not be the primary mode of interaction. Instead, accessibility for Willabee & Ward's customers across Connecticut would primarily be through their remote channels, such as their phone service or website. Norwalk itself is highly accessible by major highways like I-95 and Route 7, making it a central point within southwestern Connecticut for business operations. While the physical address is in Connecticut, the business model suggests that customers primarily engage with Willabee & Ward from the comfort of their homes across the state, utilizing shipping services to receive their chosen home decor and collectibles. Therefore, its accessibility for local users in Connecticut is more about convenience of ordering and delivery rather than physical visitation.

Services Offered:

  • Monthly Wreath Subscriptions: Willabee & Ward offers a service where customers receive a new decorative wreath each month, designed to align with seasonal themes or holidays.
  • Monthly Garden Flag Subscriptions: Similar to the wreaths, they provide a subscription for garden flags, with new designs delivered monthly to complement the changing seasons or themes.
  • Sale of Home Decor and Collectibles: Beyond subscriptions, the company sells various home decor items and collectibles, likely focusing on seasonal, thematic, or decorative pieces.
  • Customer Service Support: They provide phone-based customer support for inquiries, orders, and addressing any issues related to their products or subscriptions.
  • Order Fulfillment and Shipping: As a remote-focused business, a core service involves processing orders and shipping products directly to customers' homes.

Features / Highlights:

  • Unique Home Decor Specialization: Willabee & Ward focuses on distinctive home decor items, particularly monthly series like wreaths and garden flags, offering products that are less commonly found in standard retail environments.
  • Subscription Model: A significant highlight is their use of a subscription-based service for items like wreaths and garden flags, providing customers with a continuous stream of new products.
  • Thematic and Seasonal Offerings: Products are designed to align with various months, seasons, or holidays, allowing customers to easily update their home's aesthetic throughout the year.
  • Convenience for Customers: The primary mode of business is remote ordering and direct shipping, offering significant convenience for customers across Connecticut who prefer to shop from home.
  • Focus on Collectibility: The nature of their monthly series often fosters a sense of collecting, appealing to individuals who enjoy accumulating themed sets.
  • Product Quality (Mixed Feedback): While some customers enjoy the products, feedback regarding quality can be mixed, with specific instances of unraveling or durability concerns noted by customers.
  • Pricing Structure Awareness: Customers should be aware that while initial impressions of pricing may seem low, the final cost per item in a series can be significantly higher than anticipated, as highlighted in customer reviews. This suggests a need for careful review of terms and conditions.

Information regarding specific, ongoing promotions or special offers for Willabee & Ward is not detailed in the provided public data. Given their likely business model centered around recurring subscriptions and collectible series, their "promotions" may often take the form of introductory offers for new subscribers or special pricing on a series when committed to upfront.

It is common for companies operating on a subscription or collectible basis to have specific terms and conditions around pricing, especially when a series is involved. This might include:

  • Introductory Pricing: A lower price for the first item in a series to encourage subscription.
  • Bundle Discounts: Potential savings if customers commit to purchasing an entire series upfront or paying for multiple items at once.
  • Shipping Deals: While not explicitly stated, some companies offer free or reduced shipping for larger orders or for loyal subscribers.

For residents in Connecticut interested in Willabee & Ward's offerings, the most effective way to inquire about any current promotions or pricing structures would be to contact them directly. Their toll-free phone number, (800) 282-9412 or +1 800-282-9412, is the primary contact method. It is highly recommended to clarify all pricing details, especially for subscription series, to ensure a clear understanding of the total cost before committing to a purchase. Thoroughly reviewing their website (if available) or speaking with a customer service representative would provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on any special offers or pricing policies they may have.

For locals throughout Connecticut, Willabee & Ward is suitable for those who appreciate unique home decor and collectibles delivered directly to their doorstep. Its business model caters to individuals who enjoy seasonal thematic decorations and are interested in building a collection over time, such as monthly wreaths or garden flags. The convenience of being able to order and receive these items from anywhere in Connecticut, without needing to visit a physical retail storefront, is a significant advantage for busy households.

However, it is crucial for Connecticut residents to carefully review all terms and conditions, especially regarding pricing for multi-item series or subscriptions. As highlighted in customer reviews, there can be a misunderstanding of the total cost per item or for an entire collection. Transparency and clear communication about pricing should be prioritized by the customer to ensure a satisfactory experience.

In conclusion, if you are a Connecticut resident seeking distinctive and convenient ways to adorn your home with unique, often seasonal, decorative items and are comfortable with a remote ordering process, Willabee & Ward could be a suitable option. Products are fine, but be sure to read the fine print closely! I ordered a set of 12 small yard flags, one for each month, for what I was led to believe was $35. Sounded good. The flags were cute, until I found out they were $35 EACH! Or $420 for all 12. Let the buyer beware!

Cheated my elderly mother out of thousands of dollars because of the fine print that’s not only incredibly tiny which makes it harder to grasp what will happen if you buy a single item BUT to top it off, the wording is purposely arranged to confuse people (especially for the elderly)! They should be ashamed!

One of those companies that thinks it is easier to cheat you out of money than to sell good products at a reasonable price. Their merchandise is crappy. Their marketing looks like they're selling you one item but in the fine print you're really subscribing to a series of items that ship each month with a new charge each month. Why do they hide that fact? Because no one in their right mind would agree to $480 for 12 bracelets that could be bought at a mall discount store for $5.95 each.

I did a year bracelet subscription for my niece Which was great she loved them . When my subscription was done the company signed me up for another subscription without my knowledge. For that I will not do business with them again.
