Out of all of the places that my son and I have researched and went to shop around, Timeless Diamonds sincerely has the most excellent quality diamonds for the best prices. At first, I didn't believe him... But now I know. Especially since her ring sparkles and gleams like crazy, regardless of where she is, in low light settings too. The D flawless Marquis ring also came with GIA appraisal documents and a bunch of other papers explaining the ring in fine detail. Yes - he got it insured. My favorite though is Timeless Diamond's customer service, which is impeccable. They make you feel like you're not just a customer, but part of their family. Super honest, genuine, knowledgeable, and willing to take their time to explain to you everything you need to know. Their attention to detail is insane and they are quick to address any issues (if there are any). Oh - and they remember all of their customers! Nicest family run business in the diamond district! I needed to use my phone to call my daughter and my phone was out of battery and they offered to charge my phone! Impeccable customer service- absolute top notch people. Picking rings is such an intimate and personal process - I'm so glad that we didn't settle for brand names that have lower quality diamonds, but are crazy $$$$. Everyone is acclimated to wanting a blue box with a white ribbon too, but seriously... Not worth it. Just go look at the differences in person, please. The location for Timeless Diamonds is also terrific. They are located in the Diamond District, right next to Blake and Todds off the corner of 5th ave, the sixth store after the Sephora. I can tell you confidently that Timeless Diamonds is always the only store bustling with the most activity, while all of the other stores look on enviously LOL. Experience the magic yourself. My husband got my engagement ring from Timeless Diamonds 3 years ago. Andrea and Joe had been amazing throughout the whole process on educating my husband on diamonds and also working with him to custom design the perfect ring for me. He had such a great experience that we went back to get our wedding bands. Just recently I got my left hand stuck on luggage while traveling (long story) and I lost one of the diamonds from the halo setting. As expected Joe and Andrea made the replacement and repair process effortless. We will continue to use Timelines Diamonds for all our Jewelry purchases!

Joseph and his staff welcomed me when I stopped in to inquire about repairing my diamond engagement ring. The setting had worn away from 20 plus years of wear. Knowing I was not visiting to purchase Joseph, treated me as a lifelong customer. He showed me samples of new prongs, and I was reassured that my ring would be restored. Went into Timeless Diamonds last month to buy our wedding bands on the recommendation of a friend. Everything was absolutely perfect! We worked with them to get our banda custom designed and Joe was very accommodating on the needs of our budget. Their customer service was top notch and we will be back soon! We first went to timeless in 2010 when we picked out my engagement ring setting. We went back a year later to purchase our wedding bands. Mine was custom made to fit identically with my engagement ring, which is a very unique antique style setting. We went back again this year to have the other side of my wedding band made for our 5 year anniversary. Timeless did a great job matching the new wedding band to the original one. I get compliments on my ring(s) all the time! They provided great customer service and we will certainly be customers of theirs for many years to come. Highly recommend them for anyone shopping in the diamond district!
