I've had great experiences with Adam here. When I first started shopping around for an engagement ring, I visited several stores in the diamond district. Adam was the only one that wasn't pushing for a sale and educated me on diamonds. I had a custom ring made and it was for a great price! I've been back to get our wedding bands, which was custom made to match. I highly recommended Shanoa & Co and their staff. Adam is now my go to Jeweler for any occasion and recommendations.

I came across Shenoa when I was shopping for a diamond tennis bracelet for my wife on eBay. Was so impressed with the folks at Shenoa - the quality, proving, customer service and overall value, that a couple of years later, we upgraded her wedding ring, working with Shenoa again. Both items were appraised back home by an authorized (by my insurance company) appraiser who appraised them at a higher value than what I paid. Amazing experience!!

Shenoa Diamonds is the best jewelry store I ever been to (and I have been to many)! The quality of service is very important for me, because I like to feel comfortable and easy when speaking to the staff, looking at and comparing different pieces without hurry, and the Shenoa jewelers were excellent in their job! They were patient, knowledgeable and very professional guys, their service is undoubtedly the face of the whole Shenoa business. They were not pushy and didn’t persuade me to buy a particular piece (it’s one of the reasons I don’t like most of the jewelry stores - the assistant are always trying to sell you anything!). When you enter the store you realize that the owners have considerable experience in jewelry domain.

We worked with a consultant named Gem, who was absolutely great! He took his time explaining everything to us on what makes a great diamond. He spent time on showing us many different options. When it came time to make a deal, Gem was responsive and available both on the phone and email. Most importantly, Gem and Shenoa created a beautiful engagement ring and got it delivered in time for the holidays. Their shipping department even helped follow up with ensuring it arrived on time. I highly recommend stopping in and working with Gem.
