Sales associate Annabelle took great care of me and even offered or clean my other Pandora jewelry while I waited in my exchange. She did a great job of helping me decide on what’s perfect for my GF, and Thanks to the her and the great team at this pandora location. My GF absolutely loved the gifts that I got for her.

I was greeted in and quickly attended by Mari who greatly exhibits her customer service skills and overall Pandora knowledge with ease. This experience felt like a walk through the park. From her patience, to her suggestions, to helping me set up my account, I can say that Mari did an excellent job and has definitely turned me into a recurring pandora customer. Thank you Mari.

Dorothy & Ebony checked me out and they were also extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going back !

This is my new location, midtown we had a good run, but there’s nothing like great customer service that makes you feel like family and that’s what I found at the Harlem location on 125th Street. Ladies keep up the awesome work!
