May 11, 2025 · NiNO aka GonzalezOverall nice interaction at the store with Malick and I think he gave me a good deal. Called next morning to check status and I got a guy called Kay. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. Insisted on calling me "sweetie" and I had to repeat everything THREE times. He got upset when I insisted he address me properly and pointed out I'm repeating the same thing. He suddenly said he's "very busy" and hung up. Called right back and asked for Malick and Kay suddenly wasn't busy anymore and was able to find my order. I was promised next day pickup and he's now saying he's not sure if feasible. Ridiculous
Dec 02, 2022 · Ali LawMy jewelry he made for me keeps breaking and others that fixed by them. Why do I have to keep paying for the same jewelry to get fixed. I bought a diamond ring and close to $300 dollar hoops. I will be having both ring and earrings tested.
Jul 19, 2023 · Jacqueline VasquezI purchase what were supposed to be a pair of 10K gold hoops in NJ November 2019. I paid close to $300 for them and they were fake...They turned bronze like the color of a penny..
