May 14, 2022 · Liliana GomezI took my movado watch to Mario Caneda, the owner and he broke the crystal screen. Very dishonest and could neither apologize nor offer a replacement. He asked me to leave the watch and he will call me for a replacement. He neither called nor returned my calls, which to me is bad faith. I simply walked into the shop following his non communication and picked my watch and nothing was done on it. Extremely poor customer service. I left with my watch in a worse off state.
