First of all, I never expected such a good deal to begin with. Lion Diamonds Group Inc gave me the one thing I needed the most- PROPER GUIDANCE and SUPPORT! The team at this place is another reason for which I would definitely consider giving them a visit again. I was never in the dark regarding the pricing of my diamond ring. Overall, it's a good bet if you want to sell your diamond ring quickly at the right, if not extravagant, price!

My wife and I decided to get her a new ring for our 20th anniversary. After looking closely into the appraisal, which was 7 years old and didn't represent the actual ring, I am editing my review. I was right to have been tentative but allowed Jonathan to make me feel easier about the transaction. Now i realized things were not they way they were represented and I should have listened to my gut feeling and not have done business with this company. I was hasty in doing my review which I totally recant. I would now recommend steering clear of purchasing anything from this company.It was a very important and emotional purchase and now I feel cheated. The ring is also no where the value of the appraisal. The diamond is smaller then represented also, The website to both his companies state unequivocally that there is a no question asked return within 30 days. He will not honor it stating the ring was sized to a size 7 when the appraisal that was dated almost 4 years ago states the ring was already a size 7. When we looked a lot closer we noticed it was not stamped 18 k gold inside the ring. When I started questioning him on this he told me it was nothing and even if it was only 14 carat gold it would not make a difference. He could not give me an answer to why it was not clearly stamped as 18 carat gold. Then he told me it was because he sized it but like I said after asking him about it we realized it could not have been sized because once again the old appraisal clearly stated it was a size in early 2017. That is the reason he said he will no honor his no questions asked return policy if you are not satisfied and I am clearly not with all the misrepresentations with this purchase. With the very fainted stamp inside and almost 4 year old appraisal it appears the ring is not even new and clearly says condition marked as new. I strongly advise not purchasing from this company. a year ago- This place sells fraudulent diamonds, the owner Jonathan refused to give me back my money after he sold me a fraudulent diamond that was not as described and refused to give me my money back. All his reviews are either posted by him or his friends. DO NOT TRUST HIM, even if he says to, he lies and takes advantage of people. I should have read this from someone a year ago .I didn't but warning anyone else

Amazing service Jonathan is a very patient gentleman. Quality of the stone Was as discussed. Can’t thank him enough. Great dealer for unique and uncommon stones. Looking though his inventory now and I know I’ll be a customer for life. Thank you again. Update9/8/21 very disappointed to need to revise a review. Item that I received when I initially reviewed was shipped from Israel. I paid Jonathan directly to cover any duty expenses. I then aprox. 6 months received notice from fedex that the duty had not been paid. Jonathan assured me It was, and he would “take care of customs” now over a year later it has been referred to a collection agency and I will need to pay for the duty again.

The sales professionals at Lion Diamonds made everything easy for me, especially in choosing the perfect diamond ring for my wedding.
