I talked with a number of jewelers before working with Lauren and she was the most responsive, low pressure, and professional jeweler I talked to. I did not have any direction on ring design from my significant other and Lauren helped guide me to a ring that my significant other ended up loving. She was able to source the perfect stone in a hard to find cut and turned around a perfect ring in time for the engagement. I would definitely work with Lauren again.

From there, I worked with Lauren on my own with the specific design to tweak and review, and found her to be endlessly thoughtful, responsive and forward-thinking. The ring is truly more gorgeous than I could have imagined it would be, unique, elegant, sparkly and gorgeous. After he proposed he showed me their communication and the process they went through to design the ring. When I tell you Lauren went above and beyond to find him the perfect stone and design the perfect setting, I mean it. She was very accommodating when it came to budget and she didn't push him or rush him to make decisions. She gave her input and professional opinion without making him feel pressured to change anything. I messaged her the day after we got engaged to thank her and she was so sweet and genuinely happy for us- she truly cares about her clients which I feel is hard to come by these days. If you are thinking about using Lauren Addison for anything - DO IT! You will not regret it. My ring SHINES- day, night, freshly cleaned or not, this thing sparkles. I literally stare at my ring throughout the day and think "I can't believe this is mine". I am stopped all the time and receive compliments everywhere I go.
