Unfortunately, I can no longer find my notes from the order to state the name of the woman in customer service who assisted me. She absolutely went out of her way to help me get a perfect bracelet that I had discovered on their website. I had been searching for many months for a bracelet that would complement my attire for a family wedding. In the week leading up to the event, I stumbled upon a stunning bracelet on their website, contacted customer service, and received the bracelet through FedEx a day later. The woman in customer service was exceptional, and I was so appreciative of her help. I really regret that I cannot recall her name! If I ever find the notes that I took as I placed the order, I will update it in this review. Thank you so much!
