As a trans masculine person. I was shopping with a friend on Madison ave who is a cis man. We wanted to walk in because I thought it was a store I bought a ring from at a charity event. I saw something I like for my wife and wanted to go in. If I was with one of my girlfriends or my mom the woman working would have never denied us both entry I know that because I have been in there before. She said “sorry you can’t come in together.” I asked why she said there is two of you and only one of me as if we were some kind of criminals. She chose to discriminate based on gender. As Julia Robert’s would say…. “BIG MISTAKE… HUGE”

Oct 22, 2024 · J WinkelriedDon't waste your money on their cheaply made jewelry! (Read down) I will NOT be purchasing any more jewelry from this store ever! I bought 2 Gold, Diamond rings and both of their gold washed off and their manager Joanne or Joanna is arguing with me that I washed my hands alot with the rings on and I used hand sanitizer, it's supposed to be real gold ring not cheaply plated. She is complete lier and a pusher. She will press you to buy jewelry in the name of managers special discount and bring the item few hundred dollars less and is only effective that time only. Jewely items market $1900 original will drop to $1400 and she will lie her way to anything. Their quality of their items are really bad, had diamonds fall off and the manager's attitude and service is just horrible. In July, 2 diamonds fell off from my ring and I brought it to the store and paid $50 to get them replaced and 3 weeks later I come to pick up my ring and it's not the same size, they changed the shape of the ring and gave me smaller ring (not the circumference size but the entire ring) told them right away, showed them picture of my original ring and they said they will fix. I called a month later to get the status of the ring and the manager lady Joanna tell me "oh we don't know if the rings can be fixed, because you hit it against something and made a huge indentation on the ring for the jeweler to replace the diamonds" full of lie! It's about the size of the ring not the missing diamonds! And today finally after months of calling and emailing back and forth, I even DMd the owner on IG and he personally reads the messages, he read my message and still didn't get anyone to help me. I managed to get a hold of the manager in LA and after emailing back and forth she finally got my ring from LA store to NY after 4 months but again they messed up on the shape. It's not the original shape, I got a crooked heart shaped ring. I don't understand how someone create jewelry like this?! Just completely waste of my money.
Nov 27, 2019 · Delger GanaOne of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I purchased a Djula ring while visiting Paris from Gallerie Lafayette (I live in a different country) in August of 2021. There was a one year warranty on the ring. The enamel on one side of the ring broke off after I returned from my trip to Paris. When I inquired about a repair at the closest Djula boutique to my home they said that I would need to contact their Paris shop directly. When I contacted the Paris location, they said that I would need to contact Gallerie Lafayette and when I contacted Gallerie Lafayette a few times, no one answered. So I contacted the Paris shop again and after some back and forth they agreed to replace the ring if I shipped it back to them and provided the original receipt and photo of the ring (which I provided). I shipped the ring back to Djula's Paris shop on July 25, 2022 and provided a tracing number. Sarah, the sales associate who I've been working with all this time has not responded to any of my four inquiries since then. Not to mention before shipping back the ring it took a few follow-up emails to get her to respond. It is now October and this ordeal has been going on for way too long and no one from the Djula Paris team seems to want to assist. At this point, I just want what was promised to me which is a replacement of my ring. I paid good money for that ring and the least they can do is respond to my inquiries regarding the replacement.
Oct 10, 2022 · Jarita BridgesThis review is for the Djula website and E. Commerce and not for any physical location. On December 5th I purchased an item from the website, item was never shipped, called many times from the US to Paris, the designated phone line for E. Commerce never goes anywhere. Called multiple Djula stores in the US and France with no real help. After a month of back and forth I had to cancel the purchase through my credit card. It's hard to comprehend that this is an international company when you experience this level of incompetence.
Jan 18, 2023 · Rami AlsalehWorst quality ever. Bought 3 expensive bracelets that broke within week or two of buying. One fell off and lost forever. I tried returning other 2 and they refused. They fixed them and sent to France , took over month to fix and they broke again . They would not refund just credit
