I can’t say enough good things about the Blue Nile Store at Short Hills Mall. With only two days before our trip to the Bahamas, I needed to make a quick decision on an engagement ring. I walked into the store without an appointment, just hoping to browse and maybe find something that caught my eye. Earlier that day, I had coincidentally found out her ring size when she asked me to look at a sterling silver ring at Macy’s—perfect timing! At Blue Nile, I was lucky to work with Emely Ortiz and Ria (unfortunately I didn’t catch her last name), and I have to say, they were the most inviting and professional luxury sales representatives I’ve ever met. Emely helped me choose a stunning 2.2 carat diamond engagement ring—apparently one of the staff favorites—and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
