Such a cool shopping experience. Everything was really well priced, ended up getting about 10 items for $75. We’ll see how well they last, but overall great selection and service. The staff was helpful and nice.

The jewelry isn’t even real, wore these earrings I got from there and got an infection. Also got a necklace from there…tarnished within days. Don’t recommend.

If I seriously could I would give this place a 0 or negative stars. I had family visiting from Trinidad and wanted to get jewelry to take back home. So we found this jewelry store since the others I used to go to were closed. We all had a great shopping experience. Later on that day I found out one of the anklets I bought was too short. I tried calling to ask if they have a exchanging policy but it was either no answer or the call will disconnect. I decided to go today and as soon as I walk in the guy by the door didn't ask but was ready to give me a tray without asking if I want on. I told him there were no need for me to get a tray and I walked to the woman who helped me last time but she was busy checking out a customer. I patiently waiting and asked her if they do exchanges because the anklet i bought didn't have a chain to adjust the size (I thought i bought a damaged good) so she corrected me and told me it goes by size length unlike the other anklet I bought that let you adjust it.🥴(silly me but I didn't know) She told me it was okay. As I was going to look for my size and see if I catch my eyes on anything. The same man wanting to give me the tray decided to be pushy and look for my style and size. It was odd and i got the gut feeling he didn't want me to touch anything but I took it as he is helping me. He also decided to repeat to me what the woman explained already like I'm stupid and didn't want me to touch anything. But I didn't pay it any attention because I thought he was just helping me find my size. Once I got my size and said okay I'll take this one, and it ended in a awkward pause and he just stood next to me not moving. It was odd because my plan was to walk around or at least look at more anklets I might buy but the man was in the way. So I repeated again okay I'm going to exchange it for this one and this man with a attitude asked me if I was done having a attitude. Like what? I have a attitude? I told this man i don't have a attitude and i can show him the difference from me really having a attitude because he doesn't know me from anywhere, mind you I was chilling listening to music in one ear and excited to eat after i was done..smfh This man said they don't do exchanges as if he was doing me a favor. Taken back and caught off guard I told him the first thing I asked was about the exchange policy so what is he even talking about. This man looked at me with a disgusting look on his face like I was one of those drug addicts on 34th and told me to get the hell out of his store. Wow I was so embarrassed because I was the only black person in the store at the time and other customers was looking at us like I was really the issue. I felt racially discriminated from the time I walked in and didn't take a tray, even the first time I took my family, my cousin told me she really didn't want a tray because her mom already had one for both of them but she felt like she was forced to take it. (Red flag) It's very clear once you're black they believe you're going to steal like you never had anything in your life. DO NOT GO TO THIS RACIST JEWELRY STORE IF YOU ARE BLACK ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A BLACK WOMAN. I bet if my boyfriend was with me that door man or owner would never have that energy.

Everyone in there is VERY helpful and they have so many cute options, they even threw in a free pair of earrings to match my zodiac sign

Extremely rude beyond rude costumer service was shopping in the store finding nice finds manger yells at me says their closing when online said they close 7:00 I was confused & asked he didn’t explain He continued yelling at me I need to leave
