I’ve bought from this store for years since I moved to nyc about ten years ago and have loved the brand since I was a teenager in Miami. I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years. This branch used to be really great with variety and customer service. After closing many national branches, I saw that they reopened in NYC as atelier. The problem is that most of the pieces are into the 1,000s and to be honest the quality of this brand at that price range doesn’t compare to other jewelers such as nearby Cartier, Tiffany or Bergdorf’s collection of designers. It’s a shame but after visiting the store this weekend and looking at a few pieces, I walked away feeling like this store has grown irrelevant and oddly exclusive than the brand I have loved for years. I won’t return.

I felt like I struck gold when Michelle answered the phone. She went above and beyond and her customer service was excellent. She made everything so easy.
