I discovered her work on IG, her designs drew me in immediately and I was a bit hesitant at first because I had never worked with anyone I found on social media before. I always thought I wanted to be surprised but when I realized I wanted to be a part of the process Susie made me feel at ease about it, reassuring me that many others do the same. Susie and her team were so patient, honest and well guiding while respecting our preferences. My girlfriend was dying for an engagement ring from Susie and I couldn’t be happier that we decided to go to her. The entire process was so easy and straightforward, she was an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. Susie and her project manager Courtney were both so awesome and really listened to what we wanted and helped make the ring the best possible version it could have been. You can tell that she cared about the ring just as much as we did, it really is so refreshing being able to work with someone that cares about her work that much. I decided to bring my girlfriend with me for the in person meeting to pick the stones and finalize the design. I was so happy that we did this because there are so many details and options that I knew nothing about. They were able to discuss every detail in depth focusing around what my girlfriend knew she wanted, but Susie also made a few recommendations that truly made the ring one of kind. The final product was so beyond stunning, I really couldn’t be happier with it, and my now fiancée feels the same way. I highly highly recommend trusting Susie if you are considering it, you will not regret that decision at all.

Susie and her team were so wonderful to work with, I could not speak of or recommend them more highly. They helped me design the ring of our dreams.
