I had the best experience here! The girls really went out of their way to help me. I was looking for necklaces to give to my bridesmaids as gifts and at the time I went in they didn’t have the necklace I was looking for, so they ordered the amount I needed to the store so that I could see them in person before purchasing. Once I saw my original choice I changed my mind and selected another style. They didn’t have enough in store so they ran over to their office to get the remainder for me that day! Honestly, bless them, it was a lot to ask. They deserve all the stars!

I bought all these jewerly all the way from New York City to Malaysia . There are MIA ring , pave rainbow ring , chain reaction , rainbow bracelets and necklace . Chinese love colorful colors so the rainbow bracelets / necklace are perfect to wear during these festival . Thank you Stone and Strand ❤️❤️❤️

ETA: not quite sure why they asked I reach out to the email provided in their response as no one responded… a joke. The entire company. They used to be decent when they carried actual branded pieces from designers like Loren Stewart and Jennie Kwon and Alison Lou…. Maybe they all saw it going down hill and decided to pull their lines? Just speculating… Edit: my earrings finally arrived, and I don’t know what I was expecting, but I certainly wasn’t expecting what I got. They were so cheap. There was no gold at all. It just screamed Macy’s clearance. I sent them right back. I’d rather just go spend more money on quality jewelry. I thought they were so cute though with the rope look. Big mistake. Huge. Lol Absolutely ridiculous. I paid for overnight shipping as I am leaving for a trip And they sent it out second day vs Overnight. Had I wanted Second day, I would’ve chosen A different, less expensive shipping option. Extremely fraudulent. Melissa, this is not OK… because you did not ship it out without errors. Clearly there was an error when choosing the shipping type. I would have been much more understanding had my order Taken two days to process and then show that it was shipped with next day air. Extremely disingenuous to have a customer pay for a certain shipping type and ship with a Cheaper option.
