Me and my fiance came to this store to buy wedding bands and it was a great experience! Ellen was one of the cowowners who helped us. She looked at my fiance's engagement ring and accurately picked out a wedding band that would compliment it. My fiancé and I were in agreement that it was a wonderful pick. I was originally going to get a plain band, but Ellen quickly picked me ring that caught my interest that was minimal stlye with elegance. We bought the rings and ended up browsing and buying some other things as well. Their selection is quite varied. Ellen is a fantastic jewelry designer with great taste! When I was going to propose to my wife my friend referred me to Ellen at Something Special to look for a ring. He purchased his wife’s ring there and had referred a couple of other friends to her as well. Ellen helped me pick the perfect ring for my wife and delivered it within a week! My wife loved her ring so much that we went went back to purchase our bands from her. Thank you again, Ellen!

The first time I purchased something from Jason was more 10 years ago when he was still working in another store and I was referred by my co-worker. His patient, honesty, kindness made me go back to that store multiple times. Then he told me he decided to make a move to start his Jewery store, I was so happy for him as I knew his business would be successful. Pros: Because of the way how he treats his customer (me, my friends and my family), I have been returning to his store on a yearly basis. From buying an engagement setting/ bands, baby shower gifts, anniversary gifts, Mother’s Day gifts, to gifts for special occasions, Jason presents a great customer service. Sometimes when I stop by his store for a jewery clean up, he is always willing to do it without even trying to sell me anything. Sometimes when I want to check out a few items in his store, he didn’t give me pressure to buy anything from him. I’m an extremely picky person when it comes down to diamond rings. A year ago, I bought a diamond ring with 5 diamonds in the center. A few days later, I complained to him over the phone that I didn’t like certain things on that ring. He asked me to stop by his store so he could diagnose the problem. Then he offered me multiple options. He took me to a hidden spot in Chinatown where the jewery maker works and I was able to pick up the ring on the same day. Most importantly, he shows his willingness to help and his price is very reasonable. Again, Jason is not a jewery maker, it could happen that the product has flaws due to production. However, he is willing to fix it and make customer happy as they walk out. If the issues are minor, they won’t even charge you if he knows how to fix it. But when it needs to be send to the jewery maker, then you will need to pay for that service. I strongly recommend him to others. Cons: He has been selling me jewelries at a reasonable price and the quality is what was presented. I wish I am rich enough to buy more from him.
