If i could give there 0 stars i would do it!!!! I bought a necklace from this jewellery store as a gift for my husband’s birthday, and after wearing it just once, it completely fell apart! The quality is absolutely terrible—cheap materials, poor craftsmanship, and clearly no durability. This store is a total scam, selling overpriced junk that isn’t worth a dollar. On top of that, their customer service is awful! They take your money but don’t take responsibility for their defective products. Stay far away from this place unless you want to waste your hard-earned money on garbage!

ATTENTION‼️ DONT NOT GO TO THIS JEWELRY STORE‼️ THEY SELL FAKE JEWELRY‼️ I bought a pair of earrings for my girlfriend & they looked so real & she told me it 14k which has a stamp & look what happened to her ear a few months later & then kind of find out there fake & dip in gold!! SHAME ON YOU SANG’S JEWELRY‼️ I already made a complaint to the department of consumer and worker protection!!

My friend and I started started buying here because his brother buys from the lady here a lot and we heard a lot of good things but after buying a ring I bought a bracelet that not even a month after it broke i thankfully realized on time so I was able to find it. I brought it back to repair she had no problem then the same night I wore it for a dinner( mind you I was sitting down doing nothing)and not even 10 minutes after it fell in two again we came back to get it fix and maybe exchange it for something else bc next time I won’t realize when it breaks and i would be losing at least $500 I spent on it. The lady was super rude she said it was not her fault she doesn’t fabricated it she isn’t even sure it’s her product even thought at the beginning she acknowledged that it happened before and she remembered us. And she ended saying “ she will do is the FAVOR this last time to fix it” So don’t waste your time. Don’t buy from here unless you don’t mind being mistreated and throwing money away for a piece of jewelry that will fall off in the next few weeks

Horrible place! I bought my wedding ring/bands here after 2 months the top of the ring fell off. When i came to show them the owners with white hair men/woman were very mean and saying offensive things like obviously anyone can come here and chop your head off and die... i dont think its very professional on their part. They were very mean and I expected them to be nicer since we bought such a special ring and spend $1000. Im sure there are other better jewelry places around the area that are nicer and great quality!

“BE CAREFUL” everybody with this rude and SCAMMER LADY,she is selling fake gold, she says it is real gold and it is not, I bought her a “14k” chain and the next day it broke, I went to complain and she did not want to return the money, nor give a guarantee,PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS, before buying here,BE CAREFUL EVERYBODY PLEASE 🙏🏻
