I requested a resolution refund, send the bracelet back to be fixed or send a new one. My request was DECLINED with no explanation or reason nothing. This company has no integrity and zero customer service. They make me sick to take peoples hard earned money and give them junk that is a crime and Rita Stephens you should be ashamed of your selves.

I have reached out for a refund with no luck. Do not buy these if you need real gold as again, they are fake and the seller is not helpful.
