He didnt push me to buy anything he just told me of the promotion “Free Watch Battery with Any Purchase.” He tested the diamonds for the pieces I asked to see. Moment, i handed them my Ring, they tried to distract me by trying to sell me watches and other jewelties. But i was focused on my ring. so, They took out a chunk of gold from the ring and didnt put that back. Clearly they stole One Oz. of gold from me. When I asked, The man said, thats his gold and his gold color is White, i didn't argue or create a scene. I hope this message will warn other people from dealing with them.
