I was so fortunate to have found RAF Jewels and my perfect diamond from the help of Sumeet. I visited many retails stores in search of a diamond to make an engagement ring. RAF was by far the most trustable and with very reasonable pricing (MUCH less than all the retailers I visited). I was impressed by and grateful for Sumeet's scholarly knowledge in diamonds, his professionalism throughout the process, and his exceptional customer service. Sumeet was very knowledgeable with the shape of diamond that I wanted, and he patiently explained to me the quality of diamond I need to be looking for. He was very effective and efficient to find me a stone even better than what I had in mind, with way less cost than what I would expect! I couldn't visit NY so had the diamond shipped out to me. There was a shipment issue (Fedex's fault). Sumeet was there actively trying to solve the problem. What he did was way beyond his responsibility. Even after the purchase, Sumeet was there to answer any questions I had relating to gem stones. I really look forward to buying more pieces from RAF Jewels!!!

Purchasing a ring with RAF Jewels was a wonderful experience! Sanjay was very informative and transparent throughout the whole process. Purchasing a piece of jewelry from a distance without being able to see it in person, can be a stressful process. However, Sanjay went above and beyond sending plenty of high definition videos and images and even video calls, under different lighting. He was patient and helpful when it came time to answering any questions or concerns I had. The ring is absolutely stunning and much more beautiful in person. The item was just as Sanjay had described. I definitely recommend RAF Jewels to anyone looking to invest in timeless pieces.

I feel forever indebted to Sumeet for his role in fulfilling a two year journey my daughter embarked on to create a special ring for her that she would pass on for generations. My daughter and I spent well over a year studying stones, settings, and all their meanings. We eventually settled on a beautiful stone that was also her birthstone along with a desired setting. We both scoured the internet looking at jewelers around the country for many months to no avail. The weight of our unsuccessful journey was becoming more and more heavy. We did finally come upon R.A.F.'s website and astonishingly found the exact ring we had designed, but sadly it had already sold. I then reached out to Sumeet and shared our story and how I wanted to create something special for my daughter to not only celebrate her 18th birthday, but more importantly, her adoption into our family. Sumeet personally took the success of this journey upon himself as he was in some way moved by our story. He assured us he was indeed on this journey and this dream would come true. And that he did. Sumeet found the most beautiful ring with a slightly different design that we both loved even more than what we had envisioned! He had the stone graded, polished, and reset. He made sure every aspect of the ring was perfect. Upon arrival it was easily the most beautiful piece of jewelry I had every seen. The joy on my daughter's face when she opened it will forever be engrained in me. We still both look at the ring in awe everyday. I started this journey with my daughter really knowing nothing about jewelry nor did I even have an appreciation for the art of its fine craftsman ship and the experience one has beholding a stunning stone. All that has changed, and for that I am beyond grateful to Sumeet and R.A.F. for believing in our journey.
