Went to Popular Jewelry for the first time today and I had a great experience! Yessica was awesome and she was very attentive and patient while I looked at some pieces. I bought a few earrings and a ring that I really love! I'll definitely be coming back

I've been going to Popular Jewelry for two years now to buy various pieces. They have a wide selection at very reasonable prices. Note a lot of the jeweled pieces are Zirconian, so you'll have to visit other stores in the area. The owner is very friendly and everyone I've interacted with has been super helpful. It's no wonder they've had a lot of celebrities buy from them before.

Came by Popular Jewelry back in Sep'22 in the evening on a Wednesday. Was looking for a silver chain. Ana was the one who was helping me out. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled out 5-6 different chains in different lengths for me to try out. She was patient in helping me find the right one. The price at first was very high. Asked for the lowest price and went a few times back and forth to an agreeable price. At that time, there were a few other people looking through the shop. There is not much air flow in the store, so I was sweating up a storm haha. Saw A$AP Eva in the back and asked to take a picture and she was super friendly :) The shop is right off the subway, so easy to get to.

I got my battery replaced and they stole parts out of my watch. They initially acknowledged goofing up the water resistance and made me pay to get that fixed - I let it go for the time being. The watch soon after stopped working properly, I figured the battery had died. I went to get the watch serviced at another reputable jeweler and they let me know parts were missing, which is why the watch was not working. It was only a Movado, not even something more expensive.. what is the point of robbing a paying customer? I would recommend anyone to avoid this store if you want to avoid being robbed by them as well. Adding to this review, since the issue has not been resolved and per owner's response, they are denying responsibility. While I appreciate your lengthy response, it was untruthful, and the issue still remains. I wish that this could be resolved, but it seems unlikely you are willing to correct this.

MUST VISIT IF YOURE IN THE AREA! I got a gorgeous jade pendant & the sales associate was incredibly helpful. I took a long time to pick out the one I wanted (there’s SO many good options) and she had so much patience with me, I really appreciate that. If I’m in New York again I’ll definitely come back! I stumbled upon this place and found out a ton of celebrities come here!!
