I placed my third order right before thanksgiving ($160) and paid for a priority two day shipping which was extra $10. The package showed delivered in/at mailbox on December 5th(not sure what the extra $10 was for/priority shipping). I went to go grab the item from the mailbox on the 6th and to my pleasant surprise the package is not there. Just saying that I have had a horrible experience third time around. I really loved their jewelry but probably wont be shopping here anymore.
