Mar 24, 2025 · Gabriella JTerrible experience, today I went to the store looking for a few specific ring to buy for myself and the associate called Emily was extremely unprofessional, not only when I was speaking in my language with my boyfriend and she was making fun at our expenses, she was also extremely pushy, saying "ready?" more than THREE TIMES, and than she said "you are very indecisive" ????? who says that? and mind you, I took less than 10 minutes to pick the one I was getting and the store was empty. I have an extensive Pandora collection but I'll never return to that store.

Both went out of their way to accommodate me. Jessica was extremely helpful to find the bracelet that I wanted and the correct size. I will return soon to this Pandora location.

Aug 21, 2023 · Adati TarfaMy boyfriend and I decided to start a charm bracelet for me so we ordered what we wanted ahead of time to pick up, we waited the full 4 hours we were told it would take and once we got in, not only were we ignored by the staff while they helped people who came in after us, the order wasn’t even ready to be picked up. Thankfully we weren’t attended to by the person who was ignoring us because she was treating other customers as well as her co-workers incredibly disrespectfully. We instead have a lovely woman help us and she got the charm we wanted from the display as it was the last of its kind left, not only did the rude employee mock our order because it was only one bracelet and one charm, she asked the woman helping us why she was “destroying” the display. Again, thankfully we did not have to deal with her one on one, but even being in her presence left a major tarnish on my view of the store and brand. Please have your employees do better, she was mocking customers to their face for not knowing exactly what they want, if it weren’t for the woman who helped us instead, I’d give one star.
