I got what I needed, which was replacing my ring though I would say that the service does lack friendly but sometimes they just make you stand there for 20 to 30 minutes while they are helping out everyone else but ignore you 🥲 even when they’re not busy. But overall, they were nice though I had a nice lady who helped me throughout the whole process. She was super nice. 😊

May 30, 2024 · Néstor ReyesI walk in and instead of being greeted nicely by the sales rep approaching me(Frank), I get a “when you’re ready to spend money come find me”. He then proceeded to ask the couple next to me if they needed help looking for anything… I guess he’s there to make assumptions about people instead of actually helping EVERYONE. I indeed spent money but with the help of the nice ladies that helped me find the right size for everything I needed.

Super disappointing that there are 4-5 employees and only 3 customers, and they are all standing around. 2 of them had their faces in their phones and the woman wearing her Prada glasses asked the only 2 girls that were actually serving customers of they were okay...what?! Disgraceful work ethic! I can not recommend this place worthy of anyone's business!
Oct 26, 2024 · Stephanie RichIf you go here work with Cristal!!! She is the SWEETEST. She stayed 45 minutes after closing with me to pick my perfect rings and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She was truly an angel and deserves a raise asap!!! I will be back to see her!!
