I rarely write reviews but this was by far the best experience I had in a jewelry store. Believe all the amazing reviews because they’re all on point. David is a gem! He is so sweet, professional and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the doors. I sold some jewelry I was no longer wearing and David was more than fair. He walked me through the whole process which was seamless and very enjoyable because David is so pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend this place and David!

This tiny little shop that you'll miss if you blink has to be the best selling experience I've ever had. My husband and I both inherited coins, jewelry, etc. that we just didn't need, and somehow discovered this gem of a place. David and his father, who work together, have now become like family to us. You feel like you're dealing with people who really care, want to help you out, give you the absolute best price, and you don't feel as if you're dealing with a 'used car salesman', like you might if you went anywhere else. My husband had first taken his coins to some fancy place uptown, where they tried to scam him by telling him his coins weren't worth anything, yet wanted to buy them at the low-ball price. He then discovered NYCity Buyers and was thrilled with his experience. Untra-fair pricing, wonderful customer service. I now sell my stuff to them. (Although I'd read you get more $ on eBay selling coins, after eBay fees, etc., I got way more $ from NYCity Buyers, without the hassle of shipping, mailing insurance, etc.) I can't say enough good things about these people! You almost feel guilty when leaving, they've taken such good care of you in so many ways! I look forward to doing business with them over and over again in the future (Time to clean out my safe deposit box of grandma's outdated jewelry?). THE ABSOLUTE #1 BEST. A+++
