I own many pieces from Nicole Rose - Hummingbird, butterfly earrings and bracelet, multi shape stone heart earrings, peridot and diamond chubby heart earrings, and vintage cross - and I am placing another order during her Thanksgiving sale. Nothing beats the price for the amazing quality of her pieces, and she is amazingly responsive to all questions on Instagram or her team via email. I can't even imagine how much time she spends replying to everyone because she really makes you feel like you're chatting with a personal friend. A lot of thoughtfulness goes into the design and quality behind her pieces, and you'll never regret having bought one, or multiple like me!

This is a hard review to write. I love Nicole, her team, and her jewelry. I love shopping for jewelry, and I’m convinced they have some of the best pieces for the prices. They always respond timely to emails. I have the baguette lariat Y necklace, the diamond chain earrings, diamond halfway bangle, diamond pave bangle, and a few other smaller pieces. All of those pieces are gorgeous and I would purchase them again. However, I think I would go elsewhere for custom jewelry. I wanted a gold bracelet that said “Breathe” engraved in diamonds. When it arrived, I noticed the word did not look very good, like it had bled into the gold around it. It wasn’t very clear. I emailed the NR team and they happily offered to fix it. It looks a little better after they worked on it, but still looks sloppy and not worth the cost (the photo on the white counter was from today). I’m regretting that we spent over 4k and wish I had asked for something else. I think I will still shop on her website but will look for another jeweler for my engagement ring and other custom pieces.

From the pristine customer service to the best quality diamonds and the beautiful designs she comes up with which are thoughtful and just plain gorgeous . She is always available when I have questions about a product and never makes me feel like I am asking too many questions . Trust me when I say I have bought multiple pieces from her and they have all been the highest quality and beautiful design . Do yourself a favor and buy a piece from her ❤️❤️❤️
