We inquired online and worked with Jacob, who was amazing with ensuring it’s what we wanted from start to finish! I also had the chance to speak with their team and decided to upgrade to a thicker band to ensure the diamonds would be more secure in the future. Their customer service was outstanding, offering round-the-clock support via email and text, along with thoughtful and helpful advice every step of the way. The quality, value, and personalized attention they provide are unmatched. We’re already planning to get my wedding band from them to complete the set!

So I am on my second purchase with Michael Gabriels. Hands down the best experience I have had buying jewelry. Staff is courteous, polite and answered all my questions. Was nervous about shipping but they insure you get your items promptly and securely. Definitely will be back again in the future.UPDATE- the ring size I ordered was a quarter size too big, I gave them a shout and they sent me a return label same day and then turned it around in a week during the holidays season.
