Mia Moross Fine Jewelry

Mia designed a lovely emerald pendant for me (see photo). From the get go she was very responsive informative and prompt with an incredible turnaround time. The piece she created was jawdropping and the quality is amazing! I’m so happy with how it turned out and i am definitely excited work with her on future pieces ❤️

Let’s start by saying Mia is absolutely delightful and her pieces are top notch. My now fiancé came upon Mia’s instagram and found this beautiful vintage piece. The diamond was originally obtained in Los Angeles and Mia created a gorgeous gold ring and setting for it. While my (at that time) girlfriend fawned over the piece, checking instagram daily as more and more people inquired about the piece in the comments, I DM’d Mia. Mia is responsive, courteous and kind in her communications. She made dialogue easy and had a great setup for easy online payments. The overall process was seamless, respectful and filled with gratitude as one discusses and obtains a piece of jewelry as significant as an engagement ring. All the while my then GF, had no idea I had purchased the ring and made arrangements with Mia to re-size and have it shipped to us overnight, all with great insurance and ease. Allowing that girl to now be my Fiancé! The resizing takes 7-10 days and shipping is literally overnight! I want to thank Mia, during the window I obtained the piece we had a lot of dialogue back and forth and alternate shipping arrangements (I was traveling between countries and figuring out interim shipping, maybe not resizing, etc) and no matter how immediate or irrational my message were going to her through dm’s; she was prompt, helpful, and direct in a way that made me feel at ease and able to rationalize the right approach forward. She shared extra photos and videos she had of the piece when asked for! The piece is gorgeous, the process was considerate and Mia was exceptional. Excited to see others get so much joy out of the process and meaningful objects they get from Mia!

Where to begin with this review....It's hard to sum up how incredible our experience was in creating our dream engagement ring with Mia!! At the initial start of our search, my fiancé and I didn't really know where to look or what to expect. However, after our first appointment with Mia, we were truly blown away. Not only was it the most informative, honest, and exciting conversation we had had yet, we left her studio feeling 100% confident in her ability to create what we didn't even know we wanted. Mia is as good as they come in the custom jewelry process. Each piece she crafts holds a unique story and beauty that is so thoughtfully accentuated. My engagement ring still takes my breath away when it catches my eye and my fiancé was beyond thrilled with the end to end process. We couldn't recommend Mia enough for anyone looking to create a unique, timeless, and truly beautiful engagement ring or piece of jewelry!!!!

Mia was patient and thoughtful and listened really well, so we found the perfect vintage piece which she quickly sized and inscribed. I would recommend her and her company to anyone, without hesitation.
