Very speechless how rude the woman was to me! I came to this place ring resizing before and they did a wonderful job and were very nice too! But when I decided to come back to get more rings resizing a different woman who looked to be one of the owners was very disrespectful and dismissive?! She kept telling me we can’t do it and she interrupted me before I can explain oh it sliver and then she had the audacity to say no it’s not?! Then I gave it to her saying are you sure about that? Then she said oh yeah it is silver $65. I then said I wanted 2 rings resized and then she said only the silver one? I said I prefer both done at the same place then she said go, no one will help you! I am never coming. This place again and when I was trying to give them repeating business.

Jan 11, 2025 · Red LightningI went to Mai and Lily with my mom to get a very special ring resized. It was a difficult task as it is an infinity band with a unique design. Mai was so incredibly helpful and nice and wow did they do an amazing job! They had to add extra gold to the band to make it bigger and it looks so seamless. They are very skilled and the price was so reasonable! Beyond that this business is run by two kind sisters :) so cute! Will be back and sending all my friends!

When I show them this,they tell me some story about that doesn’t matter.Poor Craftsmanship,low quality jewelry,inspect your peice before you buy anything.

Had a really good discussion about what I needed and was looking to pay, and ended up with exactly what I wanted. I wasn't in the market for anything expensive, but they took great care of me nonetheless.
