I've been shopping here for years as they have unique jewelry at a good price point. Unfortunately, that comes at a cost as the jewelry does not hold up over time, especially the fine pieces. I've had two pieces break in the past year, each of which was not more than a few years old. The first time I had a bracelet break, I brought it in to the store and when I inquired about repairs the manager questioned my treatment of the piece. They were able to repair it though. More recently I brought in a ring that had a stone fall out, and they could not repair it. When I inquired about their quality policies I was told that this was standard and I got "a few good years out of it." If you are looking to buy jewelry that lasts more than a few years, this is not the place to do it.

My vision was to have a custom necklace that combined both of our favourite stones - labradorite and opal. Ash, who works at the store, was such an incredible help and walked me through so many different options at a variety of price ranges until we finally settled on the perfect one. They were so understanding of the short notice I was working with and had such a quick turn around! Thank you so much Ash!! You’re the best!! She loved the gift :)

I love their dainty designs, but also love all the fun/ more affordable jewelry they have too. Good mix of stuff. And the employees are soooooo nice and expertly helpful!
