If you are wanting to create a custom ring with Ken and Dana Design then good luck (and hope you have a lot of patience) because they typically don't reply to emails for 1-2 weeks, even if you respond quickly to them. I wanted to start by saying that my husband got my engagement ring from them 4 years ago and had a good experience. It is absolutely a beautiful ring. I loved it so much that I bought my wedding band from them too. This year I wanted to treat myself to a custom ring for my other hand. It took about 3 business days for them to respond to my inquiry, which was fine, and they were super nice when they did respond. But after that, it took them 6 days to reply to my next email. And since then, it's been about 9 days with no reply so I ended up just giving my business elsewhere. I really wanted to create a custom ring with them but taking more than a week to respond to every single email is just not good customer service in this day and age. That being said they are super nice when they did have the time to respond (Mercy was the one who I was talking to) and their rings are unique and beautiful. – EDIT: Nati reached out to me and explained that they answer all of their messages in the order in which they're received...so every time I followed up to check-in or added a thought, it would bump my thread to the most recently received (aka to the back of the line). So I would advise you to not reply to your email thread to check-in and just wait patiently for a reply until they improve this reply system. –

I recently visited Ken and Dana Design, and I was absolutely blown away. The showroom is stunning, filled with beautiful and unique pieces that truly stand out. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering great guidance and answering all of my questions. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable.
